Regenerative Lives is a nature based program for children located on a 1.3 acre suburban permaculture food forest in Northern California. We provide nature immersion classes that focus on seasonal gardening and cooking, biodiversity, local ecology, composting, permaculture, regenerative farming, foraging, herbalism, mindfulness, native plant identification and restoration, and ecosystem resilience.
Activities include learning to care for chickens and honeybees, learning to care for the plants, learning how to garden and seed save, composting, nature walks, mindfulness activities, nature journaling, cooking, and so much more! Children will also be able to help set up and participate in a community farm stand and collect donations from the farm stand for their favorite charities.
We also offer adult workshops that cover topics such as: herbalism, zero waste/low waste, seasonal gardening, permaculture, regenerative agriculture, native gardens, pollinator gardens, raising backyard chickens, and so much more!
